Everything I Know About Love by Dolly Alderton

Alderton’s description of the dates she’s been on and the men she’s met feel larger-than-life at times. Yet, the lessons that she picks up during each season of her life HITS HOME (!!) and reflects only human (and female) desires and needs. I enjoyed this book for all that it is — a candid and narcissistic take on a middle-class white woman’s romantic and platonic friendships in the UK. It’s a book I’d pick up (listen to) again if I crave a splash of British quirkiness, my friends in London and should I ever need the reminder to hold my friends close.

everything after the climax fell so short. i get the direction which the author was heading towards but it didn't do it for me. the writing just wasn't convincing enough.
