Cowboys.............that is all!!
This is the first book in the Rough Riders series and it was such a fun time reading it!! Love the sexy rodeo cowboys we are introduced to in this book, can't wait to get to the rest Ms. James!!

Story: 3.5 Heat level: 4.5 First off, just to get things clear, I am not a lover of cowboy books, but some are fun. So I had no idea what some of these rodeo events they were talking about were. I expected this to be really nasty all the way through, but it wasn't.

In fact, I was waiting the whole story for the m/m/m/f scene, but it NEVER happened! I actually liked the story about the two other gay rodeo guys more than the two main character's relationship (though I don't love gay sex scenes). There was a decent plot that wrapped up very quickly, too quickly. I would have liked to see Colby at least attempting to find Channing. It seems a bit ridiculous how quickly it all wrapped up once he did. Otherwise it would have been a 4.

Mmmm, I might have a tiny cowboy crush on Colby and I seriously liked reading about tight cowboy butt and sweet/dirty talking cowboys but outside of that I was *shrugs* about this book. Indifferent maybe. I read through for the challenge but was enjoying the other book I picked out more...

I don't think it's a bad book by any stretch of the imagination. The naughty scenes were hot. Let's leave it at that.

5 Ride me hard cowboy stars!

I have bought this book a long time ago, and kept pushing it aside to read other books.



And I am so mad at myself for doing so because this book was the freaking bomb.
I mean I was sure this book was gonna be all about sex and nothing more but I was wrong.
This book was indeed full of sex, that can't be denied, but it did have a good plot that was followed through all along.

I loved Channing and Colby and wanted them to end together so much, even thought I did also enjoy seeing her have fun with Colby and Trevor together.
The only difference is with trevor, it was fun. But with Colby, it was love, it was more emotional, and that's what I loved to see.

"Ill spend every wakin hour makin sure our life together fulfills your every fantasy."

Trevor and Edgard. God. I won't talk about this in details, but I kind of wanted to kick Trevor in the face at a certain point in this book.
But I've seen they get their own book at some point in this series, so I just hope they can make it better.



This book was freaking hot, freaking good, and I fell in love with it very, very quickly.
It might not be at this very moment, but I know for sure I'm going to read all the other books in this series if they're as good as this one has been!



The only tiny, tiny thing that I didn't like in this book was actually something that wasn't there.
There was no epilogue and that made me kinda sad.
I really wanted to see them together when they're married with children for a bit, or you know, just a lil something to make you smile and see they're still together and happy after some time.
But no. This did not happen, so I guess you just hope for the best.

La storia fa il suo dovere nell'incuriosire per voler leggere i volumi successivi, ma la storia in sé non mi ha lasciato nulla. Si fa leggere, è smut, ma non mi ha coinvolta emotivamente.

WOW I must say that book is smokin hott, and I loved every min of it! I LOVED the ending:)
I cant wait to continue with the series!
