Super interesting. My favorite parts were the myth buster chapters about sleep, sitting, and running

Accessibility: 8/10
Coherence of arguments: 9/10
Informativeness: 9/10
Value to me: 8/10
Overall enjoyment: 6/10
Total: 40/50 (4)
An important, coherent book about the benefits of MODERATE (not extreme!) exercise and why our bodies tend towards idleness (hint: it has something to do with energy conservation to maximise reproductive capabilities). I also listened to this while on my weekly runs so it was nice to listen to someone talk about exercise in a positive way. Would recommend to people who are thinking of taking up exercise and want an additional boost.
