I loved this book so freaking much! This series is so good! I hate that I waited before I picked up Crush. Everything that happened was insane. Even the things I guessed still managed to shock me. I am 100% going to start reading Covet right now. Because I need to know what’s going to happen!

Uh, I need Court IMMEDIATELY.
I have fallen head over heels in love with this series. It’s made me laugh, it’s made me cry. It’s shattered my heart, and put it back together. These characters, this world. I love it all so fucking much.

I really enjoyed this little edition to the series. Of course the novella at the end was the best part. But getting to know all the characters better was pretty fun. Especially the characters that previously we haven’t gotten to see a whole lot. This series has such a chokehold on me, honestly if Tracy Wolff published just the menu of what all the characters have eaten every day, I’d read it without hesitation.
Hoping there is a physical copy of this someday!
Also I found out the characters I’m most like are tied between Jaxon and Grace. And I belong in the Witch Court.

I actually really enjoyed this book! At the End of Everything is about teenagers who are abandoned at Hope Juvenile Treatment Center. After a deadly plague takes over the world. Our group of teens has to figure out how to survive as food and supplies slowly dwindle and they realize no one is coming to help.

I was a bit worried that reading about a deadly disease would hit a little too close to home right now. But honestly it just felt relatable. Also this plague and their situation was just so much worse, that I felt a bit grateful. (Which I know sounds ridiculous to say).
I loved the representation in this book. We got to read from the POV of a non-binary character. Which I’m sad to say, I’ve never seen in any of the books I’ve ever read.
My favorite part about this book was watching all our characters grow so much. We got to see all our characters learning to work together and trust one another. Which is hard for a lot of them to do.

Overall, I would really recommend this book. Just please check trigger warnings first. At the End of Everything deals with a lot of dark themes.

Thank you so much Source Books Fire for the ARC!

3.5ish star. I’ve learned I’m not into the dog/pet kink. But I quite enjoyed every other aspect of this book (novella). There was even a cute ending!

The absolute chokehold this series has on me. This book was amazing as expected. I was on the edge of my seat for most of this book. And the edge of all my emotions. I also totally cried happy and sad tears. UGH. Perfection.

I absolutely adored this! I hope in the sequel we follow Tessa and Corrick as well. I don’t want to follow any new characters. Because I loved having the POV of these two characters. I highly recommend this book! And I can’t wait to see where the series goes.

I loved being back with Will, Tessa and Jem. And may I just say this is most definitely how a love triangle should go. Also I just love the Shadowhunter world so much, and Magnus Bane better be in all the books. All of them.

4.5 stars! I was honestly expecting not to like this that much. But it ended up being really good. In the beginning I was worried that even though this book had such a dark concept, it would be a bit too light since it’s YA (I wondered if I’d be hoping it to be an adult novel instead). Scythe was actually the perfect amount of dark. Which was pretty dark for a YA. There were so many twists and turns. My only problem with this book was that the romance was a bit underdeveloped. I understand that under stress, people form bonds quicker. I just feel we didn’t see enough interaction between Citra and Rowan for it to be believable they cared so much for each other. But I can see past that, the plot definitely made up for it.

This book was pretty slow. But I’m not quite sure why it’s been getting so much hate. It was still good. And the story did progress. The book definitely could’ve been shorter though. I loved being back with Lou and Reid. Even if there was a bit of turmoil for most of the book. I’m still excited to read Gods & Monsters.
