Perfect by Sara Shepard

Some of the description still made me cringe but I think this book is the best out of the three so far.
More twists and turns, more suspense and more answers. I was more enthralled and enticed to keep reading in this book than in the last two.
This book has made me more excited to keep reading than the last two and I'm excited to see where it goes.

Unbelievable by Sara Shepard

This book was a thrilling read, one of the best ones so far (although, I have basically said that for all of the books).
A thrilling end to one part of the story and a great opening to the start of the next.
So many answers are given but so many more questions are posed. It intrigues the reader to want to know more and read more.
The written language still has its moments that make me cringe but is become better, with less unnecessary and way-too-long-and-overly-hyphenated adjectives.

It was better than the last book, writing-wise, but still had a massive over use of adjectives, especially adjectives that didn't need to be adjectives. For example, there were phrases along the lines of "she tugged at the waistband of her now-too-big-for-her designer jeans". It made reading the book harder than it should of been.
The plot is thickening and is still interesting and captivating and is still the main thing keeping me going with this series.

Sara Shepard writes well and leaves you intrigued when there's a lot of action going on, but her introductions are kind of slow and drag on.
This is the next arc of the Pretty Little Liars storyline and the books starts off a little slow; however, it's much better than the first couple of books. Having already been introduced to the characters, the story starts to flare up again pretty quickly.
The ending leaves you wanting to know and read more.

Despite the fact that the characters have abnormally good memories, the book was a pretty good read.
Had I not already known the plot twist at the end (thanks to reading the comments on posts from the TV series), it would've been suspenseful and was still interesting.
I'm still eager to delve deeper into the story; although, it's starting to feel like it's dragging on a bit. Hope the next book picks up up a bit and gets the pace moving.

Pretty good book, an easy read. Things are starting to build up again.
There are a few unrealistic moments in this book, like how their dreams somehow give them some of the answers they're looking for.
I can start to feel the series dragging on, especially in the moments where they're blaming someone for being A or murdering Ali with one fine shred of evidence.
In saying that, I'm determined to keep going to know who is behind it all.

This arc definitely wasn't as riveting and intriguing as the last one. Everything happened really quickly at the end and it was fairly predictable.
The story in this book seemed rushed but could have been spread out over the last three as well.

I was a bit hesitant about continuing with these books as book 8 ended well and was a good conclusion to the series
The book started slow, was a bit boring and same old "oh no we have this big secret we can't tell anyone"
But by the end it was getting very intense and interesting.
The Jamaica secret was more intense than I expected and a lot of factors in this book are largely unbelievable but was a pretty good read otherwise.

So much better than the last book
Sara Shepard stepped it up this book, finally putting some intense twists and turns into a book partway through an arc.
Didn't want to put it down, something I haven't felt for a few books.
Finally excited to keep reading!

The book was okay, the drama and interesting stuff was, once again, rushed into the last couple of chapters. Although, it's is good that there is actually some drama mid-arc as opposed to the last two arcs.
[SOME SPOILERS FROM HERE]
The ending annoyed me. Plain and simple. The autopsy would've shown Tabitha had died from a fall and suddenly everyone's calling murder? It's a bit of a reach to try and stir up the drama.
I didn't like how Noel's father's cross-dressing storyline was dealt with, it was kind of random and also had negative connotations to it.
Hanna's "car crash" storyline that has been alluded to has seemed to come out of nowhere for sake of more secrets.
Overall, the book was pretty good but there were some inconsistencies and unbelievable sections that took away from the overall story.
