Disclaimer: I received an ARC of this book for an honest review.

I really, really wish I had this book when I was diagnosed two years ago. All of Jesse's research is up-to-date but refreshingly accessible without being overwhelming. I love how the book is sectioned off to be a future resource as well something that has a throughline.

I've read many, many other books on ADHD but there's really nothing like this out there. Jesse's honest and practical writing sound as down-to-earth as his weekly newsletters while being backed by research. This book has less to do with the neuroscience of ADHD and is more a very pragmatic guide of living with and managing ADHD.

One of the better sources on ADHD in general! I would consider this book a reference for those who have just been diagnosed or have someone they take care of who has been diagnosed. There is a very helpful section at the end about medication treatment as well. The book is easy to digest but backed with a lot of research and neuroscience. Highly recommended to anyone starting their journey into learning more about ADHD.

Another superbly masterful story from Harper. I haven't read any of the other Aaron Falk books yet, and this read really well as a standalone. I still fell in love with Aaron's narrative voice, his character, his practicality, and his tidy mind.

As per usual, Harper demanded my attention, and I could not put the book down until it was finished. I read it during intermissions, during lunch breaks, while I waited in line, etc. I will most probably reread it as I read the first two books in the series.

This might be my new favorite read for the year. It scratched an itch nothing else has in a very, very long time, and it was exactly the story I needed to read right now.

Freydis Moon's prose is beautifully haunting, the characters are interesting with deeply complicated flaws, and if it's a vengeance story you're seeking, you will not be disappointed at all.

I really liked this book, especially the world-building and general creativity of it and really appreciated how much of a cozy read it was.

I also genuinely enjoyed that there wasn't any of the usual drama in the 75% mark or an overly dramatic climax. I think I would have enjoyed a little more of an overarching conflict in the story, but otherwise, the story was genuinely a breath of fresh air.
