“What do you want from me?” “Haven’t you figured it out already?” He places a featherlight kiss to my forehead. “Everything. I want everything.”
I loved every minute of Matthias & Scarlet's story! It was long but fast paced and I couldn't put the book down until I finished it! The chemistry between Matthias & Scarlet was intense and their banter was amazing! I loved how despite the constants threats and attempts to get away from Scarlet, Matthias was still so whipped for her lol! Overall, I enjoyed reading this book. The plot wasn't that solid and some things got repeatitive but the book was engaging regardless. In addition, I loved the epilogue so much and I'm so excited to read the next books in this series!

“You’re speaking like we’re forever when we both know we’re not.” “Quit deluding yourself. We are forever, and we both know it.”
I absolutely loved this one! Fiero & Valentina's story was intense and insane! The book was well written and every time something new unfolded which left me feeling shocked. Fiero & Valentina were a perfect match. I loved how passionate Fiero was about his feelings for her and while it took some time for Valentina to express hers, I could tell that she really wanted a safe place and Fiero gave her exactly that. Overall, I enjoyed reading this book so much! Yes, Valentina acted stupid sometimes and Fiero was totally crazy but I didn't care because this book took me out of my reading slump! I'm looking forward to read more about the characters from this world!

“You’re always going to be mine, Avery. I’m always going to be yours. I don’t need a piece of paper or a ring to tell me that.” He taps two fingers over his heart. “It’s in here.”
This book was very different than all the marriage in crisis books I've read before. If it wasn't split in two parts, I could have not really understood how things went wrong between Avery & Gabriel. This story was more about overcoming grief and being able to move on and heal yourself, rather than a
romance. I liked Avery & Gabriel together and after all that happened, I still felt like they needed each other to truly be happy and I really liked the ending. But the insta love between them was kind of unappealing tbh. Still, I liked reading the book. Some parts were really deep and emotional and I couldn't put it down until I finished it.

“The only thing I ever knew for sure about my life was that I wanted you in it,” Tom said. “You’re the planner, Rosie. But you’re my only plan.”
I'm a huge fan of second chance romances and we rarely get to see a second chance book where divorced exes get back together, which is why I was very excited to read this one. I've read books by Katie Shepard before and I enjoyed her writing so I was expecting a lot from this book. The beginning was very enjoyable and I liked Tom & Rosie but these characters were supposed to be in their thirties so I was expecting them to be a lot more mature but both of them were still somewhat childish tbh.
“I spent a decade waiting for you to call me and tell me I could come home. Well, I could have called too, any day before I did. That’s what this is. Come home. I miss you. I love you. I want you in every single one of the days of my life, the good ones and the bad ones. Come home whenever you’re sure. I already am.”
Still, I liked the chemistry between Rosie & Tom and the way he was always so straight forward about his point of getting back together was nice because there was so much miscommunication between them in the past, so it was refreshing to see that Tom was really trying. Overall, I enjoyed reading this book and some instance made me laugh but some side characters except Adrian & Ximena were so annoying. Body was supposed to be this cheeky, Hollywood hot shot and here were some instances where I found him to be funny but other than that, him and Rosie's entire family irritated me so much. Rosie deserved to be treated better by her family and I'm so glad that Tom understood that and made things easy for her in the end. And I really liked the last chapter, it was very cute but the ending felt really abrupt tbh. So it was just an okay read for me.

“I don’t want you on your knees in here. I want to take you on my throne like the queen you are. Let me worship you where you belong.”
This book had me hooked from the very first page! Temp was a fiery, strong and smart woman and I liked how she didn't bend in front of Steel. She could hold her ground and knocked Steel out of his own game. She wasn't desperate or a doormat and just wanted the best for her brother. Steel was mysterious and I couldn't figure him out in the beginning but as he interacted with Austin, I could tell that he was a good man no matter how much he tried to portray otherwise. And I liked how Temp & Steel's relationship grew and the way they slowly started to see each other as family was heartwarming! Overall, I enjoyed reading this book. The mystery kept me guessing all the time and the writing was engaging, which is why this book was such a page turner!

West is special. But he’s also mine. In a world of things that have never been my own, it feels like he is.
This book was even more perfect than I was expecting it to be! With an excellent blend of humour, romance, emotional moments, remarkable character development and great chemistry between Skylar & West, all packed into one solid book! I just loved Skylar so much, her eccentric personality was honestly so adorable! The way she bonded so easily with West's kids was so heartwarming and it was way evident that she completed their family. And West was such a great guy. The way he was so cool with his kids was what melted me the most. He was the kind of guy who would do anything for the people he loves. I liked how he made Skylar feel so comfortable with him and helped her heal from her past. I just loved them together so much! Their banters, chemistry and dynamics was captivating and I couldn't get enough! In addition, the side characters were as usual very charming and I can't wait to continue this series because I have a feeling that I'm going to love the next couple even more! 👀
And I don’t know how it happened so quickly, so out of the blue, but Skylar feels integral to me. It’s inexplicable—cellular. All I know is that she and I were meant to meet on that road.

"I was taught that words mean nothing, but she’s made me realize they are important."
When I finished this book, I needed some time to process the story because a lot happened in the last half. I have read some of the books in this series so I wasn't completely unaware about how things worked in the society but this book left me feeling so confused in the first few chapters. I had absolutely no idea what was going on and I was as clueless as Charlotte was. At first, I thought that she'd be different than all the other female main characters of this series because she had the potential to outsmart these Lords but I felt so disappointed when she danced to Haiyden's tunes. Still, the smut was too intense so I was able to overlook that lol. Haiyden was a good friend, partner and protector. The way he took care of Charlotte was nice and I could definitely feel the connection between them but I didn't understand how they fell in love because all they did was have sex and play games. The actual story was in the last few chapters and that's when I could finally understand what was going on. In my opinion, the first half was dragged on unnecessarily and I had to skim over a few parts too. But overall, the book was enjoyable. I couldn't put it down because the mystery and twists and turns were well fabricated. So, I'd give this one a solid 3.5 stars.

"For reasons I can't quite explain, I want him to show me the parts of himself he keeps hidden. I don't want his patience. I want to be the one he loses his cool over."
This was such a perfect book! It had a balance of everything right from romance, angst, family bonds and some emotional elements. It was clear that Xavier & Sierra were always meant to be and the way they loved each other so deeply was very delightful! Xavier wasn't perfect but it was so nice seeing him fight to be the man Sierra deserved. His character had so much depth and it was unexpected. Sierra was just perfect the way she was. She had the capability to make decisions for herself and stood firm on her beliefs which made her a perfect match for Xavier. Also, I appreciated Xavier's family so much and I was so glad that Sierra got the kind of relationship she wanted with her in-laws! And ofcourse I was ecstatic to see the Windsor family again! Every single side character was striking (especially Xavier's brothers) but Valeria particularly intrigued me the most and I cannot freaking wait for her story! Overall, I really loved this book. It was long but I couldn't put it down until I finished reading and I still felt like I couldn't get enough of Xavier & Sierra.

I knew I’d always have demons lurking inside me… I just never imagined she’d end up being one of them.
This was a fast paced and quick read. I couldn't put it down until I finished it. The last half was thrilling and had many twists that were unexpected. Luke & Sloan had intense chemistry and I liked the dynamics between them. But I felt like they barely knew each other because all of the deep conversations they had was only told but not shown. Still, this was an enjoyable read and I liked how everything turned out in the end. So overall my rating for this would be 3.5 stars.

"My wife. Those two words…I never needed them. Never wanted them. Now… I’m not sure of anything anymore. She consumes me. And that no longer scares me the way it once did."
Tynan & Elara's story had me completely hooked! I loved the dynamics between them. Both were equally attracted yet denied feeling anything more. The tension and chemistry between them was so good! I also loved the way both of them gradually formed a bond with Brody. It was adorable to see him slowly coming out of his shell. And the plot was fast paced and unpredictable, I just couldn't not see the twist coming in the end! Overall, I enjoyed reading this book but I found the push and pull between Elara & Tynan a little too much at times and some parts felt a bit stretched but other than that, I loved the book. I can't wait for the next book already! My rating for this one is a solid 4.5 stars!
